Experience :

Experience min 3 to 5 years in admin and coordination of factory support systems like transport, canteen, security, housekeeping, and other infrastructures. Remuneration.

Job profile:

* Serves as clerical support to the department, schedules appointments, type letters and notices, prepares collection systems, maintain records and prepares notices and documents.

* Routing mail, responding to requests for information by researching the issues, gathering data providing information when appropriate.

* Maintains records, prepares notices and documents, plans develops and implements office procedures.

* Arranges for and coordinators schedules, appointments, projects, conferences and major events.

* Responding to routine correspondence, coordinating meetings, conferences and travel arrangements.

* Coordinating with the team of factory support systems like transport, canteen, security, housekeeping, and other infrastructures. Remuneration.

Mandatory Skills :

* MS Office - Excellent Exposure
* English, Gujarati & Hindi Communication must be Excellent
* Leadership Qualities must be profound
